Returns

We can promise that you will love your item, but in the event that you don’t we have a 30 day customer satisfaction guarantee! Please email us at customerservice@tackleindustries.com and we can help you with your return. After we’ve received your item in the mail, we will do a refund to the original method of payment you used. This may take up to 10 days to post on your account . If you’d rather exchange your item, we can do so within 30 days of purchase. If you happened to purchase your item in a store, we will need a receipt.

Processing time for your order – After your order is placed, please allow about 2 business days (up to 4 during peak holiday times) for your order to ship out. You will receive an email with shipping confirmation and a tracking number. Your item will arrive anywhere between 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.
